The Secret Sussex 2021 Calendar contains 12 iconic photographs of the beautiful historic county of Sussex taken by Lloyd Lane, a Sussex resident. Photography includes a frosty day at the River Ouse, rough & tumble at Newhaven, starling fly-by (near Brighton beach), nowhere to hide in the bluebell forest, taking the Southdown Way, poppies at Falmer, Coastguard Cottages under the Milky Way, sunflowers at East Chiltington, Stedham Common, Sheffield Park in Autumn, River Cuckmere, Christmas lights in Brighton.
All profits from the sale of this Secret Sussex calendar will be donated to support local Rotary charities. These are voluntary service organisations supporting those most in need in the local Sussex community. This includes food banks, children’s charities, hospital friends groups, and warm clothing collections for the homeless and sheltered.
The calendar fits into Royal Mail’s large letter category. It is sold as a wiro-booklet, which allows the two A4 pages to fold out to A3. When in use, the calendar is 29.7cm x 42cm, which allows for plenty of room for appointments. Printing is carried out on a Xerox digital press which uses EA based toner and produces very little non-recyclable waste.
